Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking via DHL Express. All shipping and handling rates are as quoted upon checkout.Each shoe description will specify the number of days necessary for our team to hand finish, patina, and polish the shoes before the order will be dispatched.

On occasion we offer free worldwide shipping through online promotions with discount codes. Discount codes are not applicable retroactively to previous orders or any order already in process.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for all exchanges and returns. This includes the return shipping of our fitting shoes.

Customs & Import Taxes

Martins Johnson is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Customers must coordinate with the appropriate customs office of their residing country to coordinate the pickup or delivery of their shipment, and to process payments for any customs charges or import taxes.All shipments will include an invoice that specifies the amount paid for products purchased and shipping. This invoice will include the total amount paid for the shoes, including all deposits, balance payments, and shipping.

We cannot declare a lower price paid or a lower value of any products shipped on any invoice. Please do not contact us with any request to declare a lower amount on any invoice or paperwork.

Brexit

We do not charge VAT on any orders from EU but shipments to the EU are subject to import tax. Please check with the your country import tax office for the latest rules and regulations.

Africa

All orders from Africa will be shipped by local delivery services (Not DHL or UPS ). Shipping time may vary due to Covid 19 regulations in various countries. Please contact Sales@1702london.com. We offer free delivery to the following countries in Africa.
